一、思想方面。 我有良好道德修養(yǎng)、堅定的政治方向。堅持實事求是的工作態(tài)度，能自覺加強理論學習，努力提高思想政治素質(zhì)。 在北方長大的我夢想到南方工作，被分配到福建實習滿心歡喜。還記坐火車剛進入福建首先映入眼簾的是起起伏伏的群山，心中滿是落差。到項目部后大家的友好熱情讓我很快融入到這個大家庭，讓我漸漸適應了這個地方。 總以為外面的世界很精彩�？墒�，很快寂寞便向我襲來。這里遠離了朝夕相處的親人朋友、遠離了留滿足跡的城市、便捷的交通、舒適的生活。這里沒有KTV，沒有酒吧，沒有影院，沒有也公園，有的只是單調(diào)的生活。我對自己的未來產(chǎn)生了懷疑。盡管條件比較差，但是我沒有聽到別的同事對生活的抱怨和對生活的不滿。我看到的是項目部的每個人都在為工程的進度各盡其責、各顯其能。我被他們吃苦耐勞、精益求精的精神折服了，我要以他們?yōu)榘駱�，努力做好自己的本職工作�?/p>
