自199x年8月我被公司授予技術(shù)員職稱至現(xiàn)今，已有四年的時(shí)間。在這四年中，我一直在運(yùn)行部工作，憑借自己的努力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的提攜，從一名主值班員晉升到了值班長,進(jìn)而又被提拔到了部門助理一職。在這期間，我對(duì)我們公司首站的各系統(tǒng)有了更深入的了解和認(rèn)知，對(duì)一些系統(tǒng)發(fā)生的各類事故有了一定的獨(dú)立分析和處理能力，做好了一個(gè)技術(shù)員應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)。
我在學(xué)校學(xué)的專業(yè)是熱工及自動(dòng)化控制專業(yè)，但從事我們的首站運(yùn)行工作卻最需要的是熱機(jī)、電氣等方面的知識(shí)。這對(duì)我來說就是一個(gè)新的挑戰(zhàn)，還需要不斷的學(xué)習(xí)提高，使自己的專業(yè)技能能全面發(fā)展。所以，我就找來一些有關(guān)這些方面的專業(yè)書籍，針對(duì)我們的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的學(xué)習(xí)，同時(shí)還請(qǐng)教一些老師傅和專業(yè)人員，請(qǐng)他們現(xiàn)身說教。經(jīng)過自己的努力和同事的幫助，總算功夫不負(fù)有心人，我的專業(yè)知識(shí)和專業(yè)技能都有了很大的提高。
但我對(duì)我們系統(tǒng)有關(guān)熱工方面的知識(shí)還是特別關(guān)注，并深入去了解和掌握它。同時(shí)在自己學(xué)好之余，還承擔(dān)向其他運(yùn)行人員說教的職責(zé)。我們公司的熱水網(wǎng)工程是采用計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)熱水網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)的全面監(jiān)控的。它的主要組件包括控制器、輸入輸出模件和監(jiān)控站。我公司首站共有18套美國霍尼韋爾公司的scan3000/s9000集散型控制系統(tǒng)(distributed control system,簡稱dcs)，它具有熱水網(wǎng)運(yùn)行回路控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集，數(shù)據(jù)通信，集中化的信息管理和操作顯示功能。它配有2臺(tái)s9000控制器，另配置12臺(tái)單回路控制器(honewell udc3300)，作為控制回路的冗余控制器和緊急手操器。udc作為備用手操器可以在dcs發(fā)生故障時(shí)，對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)回路進(jìn)行控制。具有易操作、可編程、穩(wěn)定性高的特點(diǎn)。dcs系統(tǒng)與udc之間能實(shí)現(xiàn)無擾動(dòng)切換，確保系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性。s9000控制器通過dvc通訊口的dmc通訊回路與單回路控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)通訊;通過mgtsta通訊口與系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控站的通訊卡相連接。有了這些控制系統(tǒng)，平時(shí)各種參數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié)以及人員的勞動(dòng)就有了事半功倍的效果。這些控制系統(tǒng)是由測(cè)量元件(溫度變送器、壓力變送器、差壓變送器)、控制元件(s9000、udc)，執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)(調(diào)節(jié)閥等)構(gòu)成。控制流程是這樣的，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)一次表計(jì)采集數(shù)據(jù)，由變送器發(fā)出4—20ma信號(hào)給s9000(也就是常說的dcs)，1—5v信號(hào)給udc。然后由s9000或udc發(fā)出4—20ma信號(hào)(udc用串接250ω電阻，將1—5v信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)為4—20ma信號(hào))給執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。在這過程中，儀表的電源由兩臺(tái)西門子24v直流電源提供(此兩臺(tái)電源互為備用)，電源送至配電器，然后由配電器給一次儀表供電(中間加配電器是為了在儀表維修時(shí)，不至于發(fā)生短路，而損壞直流電源)。dcs或udc接收到信號(hào)即在crt或udc自帶屏上顯示。控制時(shí)dcs或udc發(fā)出信號(hào)給阻抗轉(zhuǎn)換器、配電器，經(jīng)隔離模塊或隔離繼電器傳給執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行控制。隔離模塊是通模擬量信號(hào)的，即連續(xù)控制信號(hào)4—20ma，如閥門的開度、液位控制等;而隔離繼電器是將開關(guān)量信號(hào)反饋至dcs的，如溫度開關(guān)、壓力開關(guān)及泵的啟、停狀態(tài)等(加隔離模塊、隔離繼電器是為了隔離強(qiáng)電信號(hào)，以免把s9000中的回路控制卡燒壞)。
在倒班運(yùn)行期間，作為一名值班長，我承擔(dān)著整個(gè)熱水網(wǎng)安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的重責(zé)，上班期間精神高度集中，帶領(lǐng)班組成員一起精心調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)，認(rèn)真分析各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)，總結(jié)規(guī)律，及時(shí)查找和發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的缺陷和隱患，防止擴(kuò)大事故。不僅確保了熱水網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行，而且還做到了經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。在一些參數(shù)及設(shè)備異常時(shí)，能做到及時(shí)分析、查找原因并匯報(bào)，具備了一定的獨(dú)立分析能力。平時(shí)上班期間，經(jīng)常認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)各種專業(yè)知識(shí)和運(yùn)行規(guī)程，并且能經(jīng)常在頭腦中做好各種事故預(yù)想。在首站發(fā)生各類事故時(shí)，能準(zhǔn)確、果斷的進(jìn)行處理和調(diào)度，迅速恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。在運(yùn)行部辦公室工作期間，我不但承擔(dān)著運(yùn)行部的日常管理、后勤工作，而且還承擔(dān)著輔助運(yùn)行人員作好各項(xiàng)安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行工作。和部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起作好各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)分析和負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)，參與各項(xiàng)事故的分析處理、系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)改造等工作。如：首站crt顯示大網(wǎng)回水壓力值白天流量大時(shí)經(jīng)常升高，需經(jīng)常放水，經(jīng)過幾天的觀察統(tǒng)計(jì)，都有此現(xiàn)象，自查首站無問題，分析可能是有用戶站存在漏點(diǎn)，白天啟動(dòng)時(shí)壓力大于我們管網(wǎng)的壓力而向我們管網(wǎng)漏水。遇到以上類型的問題，我們統(tǒng)計(jì)分析好后就聯(lián)系相關(guān)部門去解決，為其他部門更好的處理問題提供了第一手的資料。

時(shí)間如流水，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已在____項(xiàng)目工作一年多。對(duì)于工民建經(jīng)驗(yàn)不是很足的我來說，這短暫的歷程耐人尋味。經(jīng)過前輩精心教導(dǎo)，與同事間無話不說的溝通，我很快融入這個(gè)氣氛很好的工作環(huán)境。同時(shí)對(duì)項(xiàng)目部的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，工作流程等各個(gè)方面都基本了解。作為項(xiàng)目部的技術(shù)員，應(yīng)當(dāng)做好以下工作：施工圖紙拿到手，要在第一時(shí)間結(jié)合各專業(yè)仔細(xì)審核圖紙從而提出并匯總圖紙問題，以便盡快聯(lián)系設(shè)計(jì)院﹑業(yè)主﹑監(jiān)理共同參加圖紙會(huì)審;看懂并領(lǐng)會(huì)圖紙的基礎(chǔ)上需要認(rèn)真﹑細(xì)心﹑嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度去做好各分部分項(xiàng)工程材料的算量工作(比如一棟樓的鋼筋﹑混凝土﹑模板等各種所需材料量)，建材算量工作目的是為項(xiàng)目施工作年度﹑季度及月材料采購作計(jì)劃，從而能夠?yàn)轫?xiàng)目施工過程中進(jìn)行有效材料控制;凡事預(yù)則立，不預(yù)則廢，任何關(guān)鍵部位施工之前，技術(shù)員應(yīng)當(dāng)提前預(yù)先做好各種施工方案及技術(shù)交底資料并對(duì)各工長及班組進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，同時(shí)在施工控制過程中進(jìn)行監(jiān)督技術(shù)交底落實(shí)情景;工作中實(shí)踐是與理論相結(jié)合的，在項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)施工過程中必須每一天去工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)了解和檢查情景，從而對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各方面技術(shù)，安全等進(jìn)行專業(yè)性的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，其次依據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的情景周密研究下一道工序需要注意的一些技術(shù)問題并提前給施工班組打預(yù)防針。

首先，工作態(tài)度決定一切，剛來到項(xiàng)目部時(shí)，由于初次從事技術(shù)工作，對(duì)自我的工作資料很不明確，有種霧里看花的感覺，從而導(dǎo)致工作事情沒有很好的計(jì)劃。剛開始，我甚至對(duì)這份工作迷茫。之后經(jīng)過自我不斷的調(diào)整心態(tài)，雖然沒有人說，但我自然而然的就明白了作為技術(shù)員該做一些事情，一些不懂的東西也迎刃而解了，頓時(shí)讓我豁然開朗。如今一旦工作，我會(huì)以充分的熱情來干好每一件事情。心態(tài)的調(diào)整使我明白技術(shù)員有發(fā)展才能、增長知識(shí)及管理的機(jī)會(huì)。如果我們能以充分的熱情去做最平凡的工作，也能成為最精巧的職工;如果以冷淡的態(tài)度去做最高尚的工作，也可是是個(gè)平庸的工匠。擁有進(jìn)取的心態(tài)，就會(huì)擁有一生的成功。
其次，工作中不斷評(píng)價(jià)及學(xué)習(xí)，實(shí)踐是檢驗(yàn)理論的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，重要的是將理論知識(shí)運(yùn)用到工作中，并進(jìn)一步提高、升華。初次從事技術(shù)的我當(dāng)務(wù)之急就是拼命的學(xué)習(xí)，查閱及熟悉各種建筑圖集、國家規(guī)范及規(guī)程，為的是能盡快熟悉并獨(dú)當(dāng)一面的進(jìn)行工作，在以后的工作中需要進(jìn)一步摸索和思考，活學(xué)活用，來解決實(shí)際的問題。
最終，溝通是工作的橋梁，溝通在工作中占據(jù)著極為重要的位置，沒有溝通，就沒有成果。異常是建筑管理者需要與各類人員(領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，同事，較難溝通的施工班組的工人等)溝通，正因我們的溝通對(duì)象有些是民工，我們就更需要溝通技巧。同樣一件事和同樣的溝通目的，不一樣的溝通方法就能產(chǎn)生不一樣的效果。所以我覺得在工作中要不斷揣摩和評(píng)價(jià)溝通技巧，進(jìn)一步讓現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工班組能夠更好的協(xié)調(diào)和配合項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)工作。
