工作中有非先進性的表現(xiàn),思想上有不適應(yīng)的地方。查找問題和不足,主要有以下幾個方面:
1、想得多,學(xué)得少;說得多,做得少。學(xué)而不思則殆,思而不學(xué)則罔。在學(xué)和思之間,把握得不好,學(xué)得少,想得多,理論功底不夠扎實。工作中,喜歡想辦法、出點子、耍聰明,缺乏吃苦耐勞、任勞任怨的精神和作風(fēng)。工作困難面前,缺乏闖勁、韌勁,瞻前顧后,患得患失,總習(xí)慣從壞處著想,行動上按部就班,缺乏敢于打破常規(guī)、風(fēng)風(fēng)火火、大膽開拓的勇氣和魄力。
2、自以為是,應(yīng)變能力不強,靈活性不足。有觀點、有思想,自以為是。自己認準(zhǔn)的事理,有“咬定青山不放松”的執(zhí)著,缺乏審時度勢、隨機應(yīng)變的靈活,不善于吸取他人意見。
3、不善于團結(jié)同志。愛憎分明,喜怒皆形于色。自己認為不對的、看不慣的人和事,恨之憎之,容易過之。性情急燥,愛管閑事,經(jīng)常得罪人,不善于表揚人。
4、對自己要求不夠嚴(yán)格。自己有違反紀(jì)律行為時,不能夠深刻地檢查自己,總是找這樣那樣的理由,給自己下臺階,自本人開脫,自本人安慰,習(xí)慣“下不為例”。習(xí)慣成自然,思想懈怠,紀(jì)律觀念不夠強,工作作風(fēng)不夠嚴(yán)謹。 這些缺點和不足,表現(xiàn)在工作和生活中,根子生在思想里,問題出在學(xué)習(xí)上。
