主題:此次會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)來自國內(nèi)外高校、相關(guān)政策部門以及金融機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家和金融學(xué)家參加,目的是為今后的國內(nèi)外宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)格局演變趨勢、匯率改革、利率改革、資本項(xiàng)目開放等金融改革,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融與跨境資本流動(dòng)等金融監(jiān)管,提供更深層次的學(xué)術(shù)交流和政策研究基礎(chǔ)。

主旨演講嘉賓簡介:
魏尚進(jìn) 教授 (Prof Shangjin WEI)
亞洲開發(fā)銀行首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家,美國哥倫比亞商學(xué)院金融學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教授。他也是美國布魯金斯研究所高級(jí)研究員、美國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)研究局中國經(jīng)濟(jì)研究組主任,加州大學(xué)伯克利分校經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士。曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪學(xué)院公共政策副教授及助理教授、布魯金斯研究所國際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)新世紀(jì)講席高級(jí)研究員、世界銀行顧問。擔(dān)任Journal of International Economics、Journal of Development Economics、Journal of International Financial Markets、Institutions & Money等學(xué)術(shù)期刊的副主編和The China Economic Review的顧問編委。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閲H金融、國際貿(mào)易、政府治理和改革、中國經(jīng)濟(jì)以及宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。
黃益平 教授 (Prof Yiping HUANG)
央行貨幣政策委員會(huì)委員,北京大學(xué)國家發(fā)展研究院副院長、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融中心主任。澳大利亞國立大學(xué)Crawford經(jīng)濟(jì)與政府學(xué)院教授,中國金融40人論壇成員,澳大利亞國立大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士。曾任國務(wù)院農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究中心發(fā)展研究所的助理研究員、澳大利亞國立大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)高級(jí)講師、哥倫比亞大學(xué)商學(xué)院General Mills國際教授、花旗集團(tuán)大中華區(qū)首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、花旗集團(tuán)董事總經(jīng)理及亞太區(qū)首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家。擔(dān)任英文期刊《澳大利亞資源與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)》、亞洲開發(fā)銀行主辦的《亞洲發(fā)展評(píng)論》與中文期刊《世界經(jīng)濟(jì)》的編委會(huì)成員。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)楹暧^經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、國際金融體系、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、中國與亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)。

Theme: The seminar will invite economists and financial experts from Chinese and overseas universities, related policy-making government departments and financial institutions. The main purpose is to discuss the financial reforms both at home and abroad, such as the evolving trends in future macro-economic situations, exchange rate reform, interest rate reform, and opening capital account. It will also focus on financial regulations including internet finance, cross-border capital flows, and provide deep academic exchanges and solid foundations for policy research.

Keynote Speaker -
Professor Shangjin WEI
Professor Shangjin Wei is the Chief Economist in the Asian Development Bank, Professor in Finance and Economics in Columbia University. He is a senior research fellow at the US Brookings Institution; Director of the China economic research group in the National Bureau of Economic Research. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, he was Associate Professor at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Public Policy; senior research fellow at the Brookings Institution, and adviser at the World Bank. He is the associate editor of academic journals including the Journal of International Economics, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of International Financial Markets, and Institutions & Money. He is on the advisory board of The China Economic Review. His main research areas include international finance, international trade, government management and reform, China's economy, and macroeconomics.

Professor Yiping HUANG
Professor Yiping Huang is Central Bank's Monetary Policy Committee Member, the Associate Dean of National School of Development; Director of Internet Finance Centre, Peking University. He is also Professor in Crawford School of Economics and Government, Australian National University; Member of China Finance 40 Forum. He holds a PhD in Economics from Australian National University. Previously, he was the assistant research fellow in the Institute of Development, Rural Development Research Centre of the State Council; senior lecturer in Economics, Australian National University. He was General Mills International Professor of Finance and Economics, Graduate School of Business, Columbia University; Managing Director and Chief Asia Economist of Citi group. He is the Member of the Editorial Board of Australian Resources and Agricultural Economy (English), Asian Development Review (published by Asian Development Bank) and The World Economy (Chinese). His research interests include macroeconomic policy, international financial system, rural economic development, and China and Asia economy.
