rule introduction:
now i would like to introduce the rules for this contest. no.1, contest will be divided into two parts, group of english major, and group of other majors. no.2, each group will be given 8 minutes, including 1 minute for stating the two debaters’ own opinion, 4 minutes for free debate，and 1 minute for their the last sum-up. no.3, at the end of the contest, we will choose five contestants including 2 english major contestants and 3 from other majors.
up to now, i think all of you have known the rules very well. and then each group will begin your debate according the order and the topic you have got.

問題進行辯論的一種競賽活動，實際上是圍繞辯論的問題而展開的一種知識的競賽，思維反映能力的競賽，語言表達能力的競賽，也是綜合能力的競賽。
主席：各位領(lǐng)導、觀眾朋友們，大家好!歡迎大家前來觀看豐縣首屆“信泰證券”杯會計職業(yè)道德知識辯論賽決賽現(xiàn)場，本次大賽由豐縣縣委宣傳部、豐縣財政局、豐縣廣播電視局、共青團豐縣委員會、豐縣會計學會聯(lián)合主辦，由南京信泰證券有限責任公司豐縣服務部協(xié)辦。
經(jīng)過緊張的初賽和半決賽，現(xiàn)在還剩下我們四支代表隊，將要在這里進行爭奪三、四名和冠亞軍的決賽，相信經(jīng)過選手的充分準備，各代表隊和辯手會給大家一個精彩的展現(xiàn)，本次比賽分為兩場，第一場是衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)代表隊和委派會計代表隊進行爭奪第三名的比賽;第二場是財政局機關(guān)代表隊和鎮(zhèn)財政代表隊進行爭奪冠軍的決賽。
比賽開始前，首先我宣布會場紀律和比賽規(guī)則：
一、陳詞階段：我們提倡即興陳詞，引經(jīng)據(jù)典要恰當，在陳詞階段，由雙方一、二、三辯進行陳詞。先由雙方一辯進行立論陳詞，然后是雙方二辯、三辯在反駁對方觀點的同時，對本方觀點進行補充陳詞。順序是正方一辯、反方一辯、正方二辯、反方二辯、正方三辯、反方三辯。時間都是每人3分鐘。
二、自由辯論階段：時間是雙方各5分鐘。由正反雙方自由輪流發(fā)言。發(fā)言辯手落座為發(fā)言結(jié)束，同時另一方開始發(fā)言，另一辯手必須緊接著發(fā)言，若有間隙，累計時間照常進行。同一方的發(fā)言次序不限。如果一方用時已完，另一方可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言，也可以向主席提出不發(fā)言。在自由辯論階段，我們提倡積極交鋒，對重要問題回避兩次以上的一方扣分，對于對方已經(jīng)明確回答的問題仍然糾纏不放的，適當扣分。
三、結(jié)辯陳詞階段：時間是3分鐘，由雙方四辯進行結(jié)辯陳詞。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽整體態(tài)勢進行總結(jié)陳詞，對于脫離實際、背誦事先準備的稿件者，適當扣分。
四、其它注意事項：
1、在辯論時不要隨意打斷別人的話;
2、不可進行人身攻擊;
3、尊重主席及評委的評判;
4、我們提倡辯手使用普通話，對使用普通話者適當加分;
5、除辯論開始一辯必須說“主席、評委、大家好”，其余皆可省去。
6、在辯論中，辯手可以使用道具、圖表和物品作為輔助手段以強化自己的陳辭，但尺寸不能過大，以免遮擋。
7、在每場比賽中，辯手的辯位不能變動。
8、在辯論中，為支持本方觀點，我們不反對引用名人名言，但我們不提倡引用敏感歷史人物及當代現(xiàn)任領(lǐng)導人的講話，以免引起各種歧義。另外，在舉例時，盡量避免敏感的政治人物及政治事件。
9、時間提示：最后30秒時，哨音提示，時間結(jié)束時亮紅方牌子。
本場辯論賽的辯題是：會計信息失真的主要原因是否是會計職業(yè)道德的問題。
