　　20xx年公司領導安排我和同事一起去鄭州培參加培訓，雖然培訓只有短短的幾天時間，但是自己還是感到受益匪淺，也體會到以前工作方面的粗心大意。其實監(jiān)測工作并不難，貴在細心、細致、堅持、用心去做，敢于嘗試，就能從那些實驗方法中悟出它的原理，吃透其中的方法步驟。

　　授課老師抓重點講要點一字一句的講解學員不明白的地方，等我們懂了以后才感到試驗就像一層窗戶紙，等你搗透以后才知道原來是如此的薄，試驗檢測工作也沒有想象的那么復雜，那么深奧。

　　以前剛接觸試驗檢測工作時，感到乏味無聊，并且以為天天是跟沙子，水泥，石子，鋼筋打交道，有什么好干的呢？但是隨著一點一滴的深入了解掌握熟悉以后，我就有了興趣，有了激情。而且對試驗檢測工作的深入我也愈來愈感到自己對實驗知識的欠缺，迫使自己對新知識，新方法的學習，熟悉。我也從這些小事中體會到了一個道理，任何事情只要肯干，肯學，能靜下心來鉆研就能從一些乏味的工作中炸到快樂。
