一、培養(yǎng)英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣
要教好英語，就要讓學(xué)生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。為此，我采取了一些方法，如開展形式多樣、生動活潑的課堂語言實(shí)踐活動;善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并給予表揚(yáng)，樹立他們的自信心。目前，我們班學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣始終穩(wěn)定在較高水平。
二、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、上課，注重教學(xué)反思
(1)作為一名年輕教師，我的體會是，上好一堂課難，但備好一堂課更難。在備課之前，必須對所有資料進(jìn)行熟悉，參考多方面的資料，認(rèn)真深入鉆研教材，確定重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，同時(shí)，備課不僅僅要備教材，并且要備教法，備教學(xué)手段。

三、虛心請教其他教師
在此過程中，一旦心中有疑，必會請教于同行。認(rèn)真做到每月聽課兩節(jié)，做好聽課記錄，取之所長，克服所短。并常常與其他教師交流，改善教學(xué)方法。
