　　一、保育方面

　　每天我教室的第一件事就是按照教師一日工作細(xì)則，開窗通風(fēng)，以及各項(xiàng)衛(wèi)生工作。在平時(shí)，為了讓幼兒養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣，在進(jìn)行盥洗時(shí)，能及時(shí)站在幼兒旁邊，注意幼兒的安全，并交給幼兒正確的洗手方法；

　　在午餐時(shí)，讓幼兒做到不講話、安靜愉快的吃完自己的飯菜，做到不挑食、偏食，針對進(jìn)餐有挑食的孩子們，給予鼓勵(lì)和誘導(dǎo)，逐步培養(yǎng)幼兒良好的進(jìn)餐習(xí)慣；

　　在午睡時(shí)，我嚴(yán)格要求幼兒養(yǎng)成良好的午睡習(xí)慣，培養(yǎng)幼兒正確的睡姿，安靜入睡，在我值班期間，我能讓每個(gè)幼兒入睡，等他們睡著后，能及時(shí)調(diào)整孩子們的睡姿。孩子們的快樂，是對我工作的鼓勵(lì)，家長的滿意，是對我工作的肯定。

　　二、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行衛(wèi)生消毒制度

　　對班級的衛(wèi)生工作，我嚴(yán)格按照本園制度執(zhí)行，我是中途來幼兒園的，從我決定參加工作以來，我一直注重幼兒餐具、毛巾、地面、門、窗、玩具、等物品的消毒工作。平時(shí)注意觀察孩子們的情況，早上家長送來時(shí)，看到孩子們情緒不高時(shí)，我都會向家長了解情況，午睡起床，我會指導(dǎo)孩子們自己洗臉，然后給孩子們整理著裝。在戶外或室內(nèi)活動(dòng)時(shí)，我特別注意幼兒人身安全和增減衣物的護(hù)理工作。
