一、主要工作及進(jìn)展情景
�。ㄒ唬┠掀辽缴止珗@核心區(qū)改造工程。本年度建設(shè)工作有山體綠化、公園綠地景觀建設(shè)。公園面積87.3公頃，年度計(jì)劃建設(shè)面積2.5萬平方米，計(jì)劃完成投資xx00萬元。
�。ǘ┫搴泳坝^帶工程。項(xiàng)目總長(zhǎng)9.8公里，包括：
1、穿城段外環(huán)堤頂?shù)缆罚ㄆ瘘c(diǎn)王壩，終點(diǎn)S206襄河大橋），城市對(duì)外交通公路綠化建設(shè)。
2、292公里，完成投資xx00萬元。
3、沿河景觀帶，回廊、綠地建設(shè)，綠化建設(shè)面積3萬平方米。
4、外堤堤頂及迎水面草坪綠地建設(shè)工程，綠化面積23萬平方米。
（三）開發(fā)區(qū)綠化工程。十譚現(xiàn)代工業(yè)園各條道路的行道樹及側(cè)分帶綠化，主要有新城大道、規(guī)劃中路、規(guī)劃南路、文化大道（海螺大道至新城大道）及創(chuàng)業(yè)大道（海螺大道至新城大道）。開發(fā)區(qū)緯三路（經(jīng)三路向東延伸段）、緯四路（經(jīng)三路向東延伸段）及經(jīng)五路（緯二路向北延伸段）的行道樹、側(cè)分帶綠化，綠化面積約25.4萬平方米。
�。ㄋ模┬陆ǖ缆肪G化工程。完成城南大道兩側(cè)景觀長(zhǎng)廊及人行步道綠化工程，約24萬平方米；完成站東路、站南路、內(nèi)環(huán)南路西段、釜城路、傳塘路的行道樹、側(cè)分帶綠化工程。以及南二、南三、林南路，南一、秦崗、萬利路的行道樹綠化工程；完成全椒—神山寺—牧龍山的城市對(duì)外交通公路的約18.7公里綠化建設(shè)工程。
（五）建設(shè)具有必須規(guī)模的苗圃園，栽培樹苗、花卉、盆景等。建設(shè)面積8888888萬平方米，完成投資xx萬元。
�。┩瓿尚^(qū)補(bǔ)綠、街頭增綠工作。對(duì)新建商業(yè)住宅小區(qū)，督促開發(fā)商嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)組織綠化；對(duì)安置小區(qū)開展植綠、補(bǔ)綠�？h創(chuàng)園辦對(duì)街頭重要節(jié)點(diǎn)、城市空閑地塊、臟亂差地塊進(jìn)行摸排，共確定49個(gè)約5.5萬平方米，統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)，縣四個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子和縣委常委所在單位帶頭認(rèn)領(lǐng)，縣直45家單位各包一塊。
�。ㄆ撸┱J(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)縣綠化委員會(huì)《全椒縣縣直機(jī)關(guān)認(rèn)建認(rèn)養(yǎng)綠地實(shí)施辦法》，縣直47個(gè)單位認(rèn)建認(rèn)養(yǎng)活動(dòng)綠化面積約10多萬平方米。
二、工作舉措
�。ㄒ唬┱{(diào)整一個(gè)思路。我們緊緊圍繞建設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)強(qiáng)縣這一戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，以“五城聯(lián)創(chuàng)”為抓手，瞄準(zhǔn)生態(tài)建設(shè)，生態(tài)禮貌兩大主題，以綠化為重點(diǎn)，以重點(diǎn)工程為帶動(dòng)，廣泛開展全民植樹活動(dòng)，讓能綠的地方綠起來，努力打造人與自然和諧發(fā)展的全椒。
�。ǘ⿲�(shí)施四大制度。即：（1）建立“綠色圖章”制度。凡在我縣城市規(guī)劃區(qū)內(nèi)所有新建、改建、擴(kuò)建的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目、建設(shè)單位要按照基本建設(shè)程序，在申請(qǐng)建設(shè)工程規(guī)劃許可證之前，先到縣城市園林綠化主管部門審驗(yàn)其附屬綠化工程規(guī)劃方案。（2）實(shí)施綠化施工市場(chǎng)的準(zhǔn)入制。（3）建立綠化施工監(jiān)理制度。（4）建立綠化項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收制度。
�。ㄈ┤嫱七M(jìn)園林綠化養(yǎng)護(hù)市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作。引入競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，使經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制更顯靈活；建立機(jī)動(dòng)、靈活、長(zhǎng)效的管理機(jī)制；提高養(yǎng)護(hù)資金的使用效率。
�。ㄋ模┮�(guī)范運(yùn)作，做好制度建設(shè)。為使我縣園林綠化建設(shè)逐步規(guī)范化、程序化，為縣政府代擬了《全椒縣市政工程、園林綠化景觀工程移交暫行規(guī)定》，并參與主城區(qū)35平方公里城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃。

根據(jù)上級(jí)有關(guān)部門關(guān)于開展20__安全生產(chǎn)月活動(dòng)的要求，結(jié)合我廠的實(shí)際狀況，緊緊圍繞“安全發(fā)展，預(yù)防為主”主題，在全廠范圍內(nèi)開展此次活動(dòng)，為了使此次安全生產(chǎn)月活動(dòng)不流于形式，公司做了如下工作：
一、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視，組織措施到位
為加強(qiáng)本次安全月活動(dòng)的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，確保安全月活動(dòng)的有效落實(shí)，由廠長(zhǎng)親自負(fù)責(zé)本次安全月的活動(dòng)的組織實(shí)施，各部門用心配合。6月初制定安全月活動(dòng)實(shí)施方案、活動(dòng)時(shí)間安排表，明確各部門在本次活動(dòng)中的具體職責(zé)，使活動(dòng)“有計(jì)劃、有布置、有檢查、有落實(shí)”。并召開安全月動(dòng)員大會(huì)。
二、開展形式多樣的宣傳活動(dòng)
安全月活動(dòng)期間，由辦公室負(fù)責(zé)出版一期資料豐富的安全月宣傳欄;由安環(huán)部負(fù)責(zé)懸掛安全月橫幅一條、張貼安全宣傳畫10張、制作新的安全周知卡30塊。激發(fā)了員工自覺參與安全月活動(dòng)的熱情，使安全生產(chǎn)真正進(jìn)入員工心中。
三、用心開展安全教育培訓(xùn)工作
由安環(huán)部負(fù)責(zé)組織員工觀看“安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)光碟”;由廠長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)組織員工學(xué)習(xí)公司的事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案、事故案例分析。并在全廠搞一次征集“習(xí)慣性違章”、“安全生產(chǎn)合理化”推薦活動(dòng)。
四、開展形式多樣的安全檢查
(1)由職業(yè)健康安全領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組在月初對(duì)全廠的安全、衛(wèi)生進(jìn)行一次大檢查。
(2)組織生產(chǎn)部班組長(zhǎng)對(duì)生產(chǎn)部的安全、衛(wèi)生進(jìn)行一次大檢查。從中讓班組長(zhǎng)發(fā)現(xiàn)自我班組的不足之處，并加以改正。
五、開展應(yīng)急預(yù)案演習(xí)
在演習(xí)前由安環(huán)部對(duì)演習(xí)進(jìn)行策劃，由廠長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)組織各部門負(fù)責(zé)人討論策劃資料，并加以修改。透過演習(xí)來檢驗(yàn)公司應(yīng)急預(yù)案的適宜性、員工對(duì)預(yù)案程序的了解性以及在火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)正確處理的應(yīng)急潛力水平。在演習(xí)后及時(shí)總結(jié)、評(píng)價(jià)，為明年針對(duì)性的演習(xí)打好基礎(chǔ)工作。
六、開展安全知識(shí)競(jìng)賽、消防技術(shù)比武
在安全月活動(dòng)期間，采取筆答的形式組織員工進(jìn)行安全知識(shí)競(jìng)賽;開展滅火器滅火演習(xí)和二人一帶一槍出水打靶比賽，并設(shè)一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)及參與獎(jiǎng)，做到每位員工都參加。
透過這次安全月活動(dòng)，全公司上下一心，用心落實(shí)各項(xiàng)工作和要求，不斷深化公司安全生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)管理，進(jìn)一步健全公司安全生產(chǎn)管理制度和安全操作規(guī)程，目前公司安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)穩(wěn)定，無任何安全生產(chǎn)事故發(fā)生。
