在為期一周的培訓(xùn)中，培訓(xùn)班緊緊圍繞“快速適應(yīng)崗位，爭(zhēng)當(dāng)合格公務(wù)員”這一主題,精心安排慶陽市委黨校學(xué)識(shí)淵博的教授專家開展深入淺出地授課，使我較為系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)了《公務(wù)員法》、《公文寫作》、《成就事業(yè)的五大要素》、《從和-諧自我到和-諧社會(huì)》、《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》、《我國的法治體系》等一些與實(shí)際工作密切相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)。通過培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，我認(rèn)清了這次培訓(xùn)的重大意義、認(rèn)清了公務(wù)員崗位的重要、認(rèn)清了自身的不足和努力方向，更使我深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到，要成為一名合格的公務(wù)員，只有全方位提高自身的素質(zhì)能力，嚴(yán)格遵守《公務(wù)員法》的要求，在創(chuàng)新中不斷迎接新時(shí)期社會(huì)發(fā)展的各種挑戰(zhàn)。
一是明確了黨的大政方針，政治理論素養(yǎng)有了很大提高。
作為一名合格的公務(wù)員，必須提高自身的政治理論素養(yǎng)。應(yīng)該熟知黨的各項(xiàng)方針政策，認(rèn)清各種當(dāng)前社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)，要善于把握正確的前進(jìn)方向，要毫不動(dòng)搖的堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義道路。只有首先解決好方向問題我們才能夠走的穩(wěn)，走的遠(yuǎn)。而過硬的政治素質(zhì)，高尚的政治情操是保證我們正確方向的根本。培訓(xùn)期間，通過對(duì)必備理論的學(xué)習(xí)，認(rèn)真解讀了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、和-諧社會(huì)、法治國家等理論知識(shí)，對(duì)《公務(wù)員法》的認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和細(xì)心揣摩，讓我深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)了公務(wù)員的內(nèi)涵，進(jìn)一步樹立了人民公仆意識(shí)，為任職后依據(jù)公務(wù)員法干好工作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的思想基矗這些理論知識(shí)為我消除了迷惘心理，照亮了前進(jìn)努力的方向。
使我深刻的了解到公務(wù)員精神就是：熱愛祖國、忠于人民、廉潔奉公、求真務(wù)實(shí)、開拓創(chuàng)新、顧全大局，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。具體到工作當(dāng)中首先應(yīng)盡職盡責(zé)，公務(wù)員代表國家行使國家權(quán)力，管理社會(huì)公共事務(wù)。因此，要樹立全心全意為人民的責(zé)任意識(shí)，盡職盡力地履行自己的職責(zé)。其次要廉潔奉公。要有良好的情操，廉潔奉公，不謀私利。同時(shí)，在履行職責(zé)過程中做到依法行政，公正辦事，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)和維護(hù)社會(huì)公平。最后要團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。單位的工作是一個(gè)整體，部門的劃分是為了在分工的基礎(chǔ)上提高工作效率，因此，公務(wù)員要有大局意識(shí)和團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神，這樣才能更好提高工作效率和工作質(zhì)量。
