　　師德是一個教師的靈魂，是搞好教育教學(xué)的前提，更是每一位教師的立身之本。我校本次師德師風(fēng)自查自糾活動的主要目標(biāo)是經(jīng)過思想紀(jì)律作風(fēng)整頓，使全校教職員工愛崗敬業(yè)的意識增強，組織紀(jì)律更加嚴(yán)明，教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量得到進一步提高，使學(xué)校各項工作更上一個新臺階。作為一名普通的小學(xué)英語教師，在本次師德師風(fēng)自查自糾活動中，經(jīng)過認(rèn)真反思自已思想和工作方面存在的突出的問題，主要從以下幾方面來自我評價，對照檢查。

　　一、存在問題

　　1、缺乏依法執(zhí)教意識。作為一名英語教師，在教育學(xué)生的過程中，對于個別經(jīng)常違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)，屢教不改的學(xué)生，總是心躁氣急，大聲訓(xùn)斥，最終使師生關(guān)系構(gòu)成僵化對立局面。經(jīng)過認(rèn)真反思，我深刻地認(rèn)識到這是一種嚴(yán)重傷害學(xué)生自尊的表現(xiàn)。這樣不僅僅損害了人民教師作為人類靈魂工程師的光輝形象，并且嚴(yán)重違犯了依法執(zhí)教的職業(yè)要求。

　　二、原因分析

　　1、缺乏對教育法律法規(guī)的深入學(xué)習(xí)，尤其對《教師法》、《義務(wù)教育法》、《未成年人保護法》、《中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》等法律法規(guī)的深入學(xué)習(xí)和深刻理解，因而陷入固步自封，甚至違背依法執(zhí)教的地步。
