大學(xué)是我從小就向往的美麗象牙塔，進(jìn)入大學(xué)前就下定決心說大學(xué)四年不能浪費(fèi)，我得利用這個(gè)機(jī)會好好鍛煉自己，并且盡力去完成在入學(xué)以前為自己做好的計(jì)劃。因此，進(jìn)入學(xué)校以來我以高昂的熱情加入了班委這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)以及學(xué)生會的辦公室部門并加入了自己喜愛的育林藝術(shù)團(tuán)的禮儀隊(duì)以及圖書館，我是一個(gè)比較安靜的學(xué)生，愛好文學(xué)，從小就特別喜歡讀書，喜歡一個(gè)人安靜地徜徉在書的海洋里，我懂得的是，世界上只有一樣?xùn)|西別人搶不走，那便是你所知道的知識，你的才識。這一年，作為一名圖情員，我對自己的工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，作為一名圖書館助理，我積極致力于圖書館建設(shè)，而我個(gè)人，一有空閑時(shí)間就到圖書館借閱書籍，沒事就寫寫文章投稿《團(tuán)山書韻》、《縉云風(fēng)》，積極參加各類征文活動，這一年下來，文章被采用4篇并且很榮幸地被評為了“優(yōu)秀圖情員”、“優(yōu)秀讀者”，還參加競選成為了下一屆的圖書館助理部的副部長。

一、加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，努力提高自身素質(zhì)
我堅(jiān)持把加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)作為提高自身素質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵措施。在先進(jìn)性教育活動中，緊緊把握學(xué)習(xí)貫徹“三個(gè)代表”重要思想這一主線，以《保持共產(chǎn)黨員先進(jìn)性教育讀本》為主要教材，積極參加機(jī)關(guān)黨委和黨支部組織的集體學(xué)習(xí)活動，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)定的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和篇目，并認(rèn)真撰寫心得體會和學(xué)習(xí)筆記，使自身思想政治素質(zhì)有了很大提高，為自己開展各項(xiàng)工作提供了強(qiáng)大的思想武器。在加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí)的同時(shí)，重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)了工作業(yè)務(wù)知識和法律法規(guī)的學(xué)習(xí)，除積極參加機(jī)關(guān)法律知識輔導(dǎo)講座外，還利用業(yè)余時(shí)間自學(xué)了人大工作業(yè)務(wù)知識和黨務(wù)工作知識，為完成做好本職工作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
二、恪盡職守，認(rèn)真作好本職工作
一年來，認(rèn)真履行的崗位職責(zé)，較好地完成了各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。一是認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)地做好文字起草工作。圍繞黨員先進(jìn)性教育活動、城市“一幫一”、萬名貧困婦女解困、機(jī)關(guān)“四五”普法檢查驗(yàn)收、共青團(tuán)、計(jì)劃生育等項(xiàng)工作，負(fù)責(zé)起草了實(shí)施方案、工作流程、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話、工作要點(diǎn)、工作總結(jié)等綜合性文字材料。在先進(jìn)性教育活動中，參與起草黨組實(shí)施方案1個(gè)，機(jī)關(guān)各階段工作安排意見和實(shí)施方案4個(gè)、工作流程3個(gè)、工作總結(jié)5個(gè)，其它相關(guān)材料10余個(gè)。二是扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地做好服務(wù)工作。一年來，認(rèn)真完成了先進(jìn)性教育活動各階段動員總結(jié)會議、機(jī)關(guān)黨委會議和機(jī)關(guān)黨委組織的各種集中學(xué)習(xí)活動及文體活動的服務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)工作，積極主動地為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)當(dāng)參謀，出主意，工作過程中未出現(xiàn)一起紕漏。三是積極主動地完成了文件收發(fā)、制做宣傳專欄、文明單位檔案采集等黨委辦公室日常工作和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。
三、嚴(yán)于律已，不斷加強(qiáng)作風(fēng)建設(shè)
一年來我對自身嚴(yán)格要求，始終把耐得平淡、舍得付出、默默無聞作為自己的準(zhǔn)則，始終把作風(fēng)建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)放在嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、細(xì)致、扎實(shí)、求實(shí)、腳踏實(shí)地埋頭苦干上。在工作中，以制度、紀(jì)律規(guī)范自己的一切言行，嚴(yán)格遵守機(jī)關(guān)各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，謙虛謹(jǐn)慎，主動接受來自各方面的意見，不斷改進(jìn)工作;堅(jiān)持做到不利于機(jī)關(guān)形象的事不做，不利于機(jī)關(guān)形象的話不說，積極維護(hù)人大機(jī)關(guān)的良好形象。
總之，一年來，我做了一定的工作，也取得了一些成績，但距領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們的要求還有不少的差距：主要是對政治理論和法律的學(xué)習(xí)抓得還不夠緊，學(xué)習(xí)的系統(tǒng)性和深度還不夠;工作創(chuàng)新意識不強(qiáng)，創(chuàng)造性開展不夠。在今后的工作中，我將發(fā)揚(yáng)成績，克服不足，以對工作、對事業(yè)高度負(fù)責(zé)的精神，腳踏實(shí)地，盡職盡責(zé)地做好各項(xiàng)工作，不辜負(fù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們對我的期望。
一是進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)意識，在提高素質(zhì)能力上下功夫。把學(xué)習(xí)作為武裝和提高自己的首要任務(wù)，牢固樹立與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的學(xué)習(xí)理念，養(yǎng)成勤于學(xué)習(xí)、勤于思考的良好習(xí)慣。把參加集體組織的學(xué)習(xí)與個(gè)人自學(xué)結(jié)合起來，一方面積極參加集中組織的學(xué)習(xí)活動，另一方面根形勢發(fā)展和工作需要，本著缺什么補(bǔ)什么的原則，搞好個(gè)人自學(xué)，不斷吸納新知識、掌握新技能、增強(qiáng)新本領(lǐng)。
二是進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化職責(zé)意識，在爭創(chuàng)一流業(yè)績上下功夫。進(jìn)一步樹立正確的人生觀和價(jià)值觀，增強(qiáng)事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，認(rèn)真做好職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作任務(wù)，埋頭苦干,奮發(fā)進(jìn)取,追求卓越，充分發(fā)揮共產(chǎn)黨員的先鋒模范作用，努力創(chuàng)造一流的工作業(yè)績。
三是進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化服務(wù)意識，在轉(zhuǎn)變工作作風(fēng)上下功夫。牢固樹立宗旨意識，努力做到由只注意做好當(dāng)前工作向善于從實(shí)際出發(fā)搞好超前服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變;由被動完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的任務(wù)向主動服務(wù)、創(chuàng)造性開展工作轉(zhuǎn)變;由只注意搞好對內(nèi)服務(wù)向把對上服務(wù)和對下服務(wù)、對內(nèi)服務(wù)和對外服務(wù)統(tǒng)一起來轉(zhuǎn)變，努力為黨委、為各黨支部、為機(jī)關(guān)全體黨員提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的服務(wù)。
