Dear Sir/Madam:
As one of the oldest disciplines, history had undergone a tremendous transition during the last century, resulting in a blending boom of traditional subjects and countless new perspectives. The beginning of a new century urges the new generation of history scholars to optimize the traditional methods, fields, perspectives and materials of history. Contributing as a leading role, Tsinghua University’s Department of History had witnessed the establishment of major milestones of history in the last century. Since 20xx, we have successfully held two international conferences on history. While the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua opens a new page for the university, the Department of History hereby announces the open of The Third International Academic Conference on History from November 23rd to 24th in 20xx, themed “The Reflection and Outlook of History”. Young scholars from all over the world are warmly welcomed to participate，to share and to progress together.
This conference mainly focuses on doctoral studies. Outstanding works by postgraduate and undergraduate students are also welcomed. Papers that represent any scientific endeavor that addresses itself to any history related issues are welcomed. An abstract less than 1,000 words together with a brief introduction less than 300 words of the author shall be received by June 1st, 20xx via email to: . Results of the review process will be notified by June 20th, 20xx at the latest. Paper invitation will be sent to accepted speakers subsequently. In addition, all presented papers will be included by CNKI. Full papers of no more than 20,000 words must be submitted by September 30th, 20xx. The intention is to publish a collected edition of papers from the event. The conference will take place in Tsinghua University, Beijing and free accommodation will be provided for the participants who come to Beijing from other cities and areas. Travel funding may not be available to postgraduate students and early career scholars.

為推進(jìn)國內(nèi)內(nèi)分泌代謝病的基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究，給廣大從事內(nèi)分泌代謝病和相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的人員提供一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)交流的平臺，中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)內(nèi)分泌學(xué)分會(huì)決定于20xx年9月3日～6日在XX省XX市召開中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)第八次全國內(nèi)分泌學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，這是中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)內(nèi)分泌學(xué)分會(huì)四年一次的全國性學(xué)術(shù)盛會(huì)，亦為內(nèi)分泌學(xué)分會(huì)第八屆委員會(huì)成立后的第一次盛會(huì)。

關(guān)于英文學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議邀請函 篇15
尊敬的各位專家和老師：
第一屆“巖土多場耦合理論及應(yīng)用國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議”由劉建軍教授發(fā)起，于20xx年在石油大學(xué)承辦，第二屆由東北石油大學(xué)于20xx年承辦，第三屆由三峽大學(xué)于20xx年承辦，三屆盛會(huì)為研究“巖土多場耦合理論及相關(guān)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域”的國內(nèi)外專家提供了一個(gè)自由交流的平臺，起到了很好的效果。
在各位同仁的共同努力下第四屆“巖土多場耦合理論及應(yīng)用國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議”將于20xx年4月XX日-15日在美麗的舟山群島舉辦，將由浙江海洋學(xué)院承辦。舟山群島新區(qū)是我國第四個(gè)國家級新區(qū)，著名的佛教圣地普陀山就位于此地，每年的四、五月份是氣候最適宜的季節(jié)，海天佛國期待著貴客的光臨!
作為承辦會(huì)議的執(zhí)行主席，我真誠的邀請各位專家和老師，希望明年4月相聚舟山，共同交流和探討兩年來“巖土多場耦合理論及相關(guān)應(yīng)用”領(lǐng)域的新進(jìn)展和新發(fā)現(xiàn)，為力學(xué)學(xué)科的發(fā)展，為國家的能源開發(fā)、巖土工程與安全等經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)問題做出我們的貢獻(xiàn)。
