The main customs of the Dragon Boat Festival are: eating zongzi， racingdragon boat RACES， daughters returning to the home， bat， hitting， swinging andeating salted eggs。
The origin of the Dragon Boat Festival is to memorate the great patrioticpoet: qu yuan。
When making zongzi， they can have different shapes such as triangles，circles， squares and rectangles。 They are salty， sweet and peanut。
Dragon boat racing is because the spacecraft can save the great patrioticpoet qu yuan， the other is because afraid of dragon hurt the body of qu yuan，people can play it sailed gong， to kill the dragon。 Every year on the fifth dayof may， there is a dragon boat race。

At the center of this festival are the dragon boat races。 Competing teamsdrive their colorful dragon boats forward to the rhythm of beating drums。 Theseexciting races were inspired by the villager's valiant attempts to rescue ChuYuan from the Mi Luo river。 This tradition has remained unbroken forcenturies。
Tzung Tzu
A very popular dish during the Dragon Boat festival is tzung tzu。 Thistasty dish consists of rice dumplings with meat， peanut， egg yolk， or otherfillings wrapped in bamboo leaves。 The tradition of tzung tzu is meant to remindus of the village fishermen scattering rice across the water of the Mi Luo riverin order to appease the river dragons so that they would not devour ChuYuan。
Ay Taso
The time of year of the Dragon Boat Festival， the fifth lunar moon， hasmore significance than just the story of Qu Yuan。 Many Chinese consider thistime of year an especially dangerous time when extra efforts must be made toprotect their family from illness。 Families will hang various herbs， called AyTsao， on their door for protection。 The drinking of realgar wine is thought toremove poisons from the body。 Hsiang Bao are also worn。 These sachets containvarious fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness。

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival， and our family get up at five o 'clockand go up to the dew in accordance with custom。 All the way， I put my hands tothe eyes with my glittering dewdrops， and I felt as if my eyes were brighter。The eyes were so bright as they sat in the classroom that they could readanything。
After school， I spread my legs and ran home。 As soon as I got to the door，I could smell zongzi， and as soon as I entered the door， I saw my father make atable for me to e home to eat。 I had washed at the table， give mom and dad onesolution for a zongzi， sprinkle with sugar， then give my own solutionto a beautiful triangle zongzi， sprinkle with sugar to eat with relish。 At thedinner table， we eat and talk， the room is filled with the happy atmosphere ofthe Dragon Boat Festival， the smell of zongzi and the aroma of incense。
Meal， mother gave me the ears with realgar wine， for my lips touch thelipstick， gave me a wrist red cord， dressed I like dumplings incense， let I tothe school to learn。
I love eating zongzi， love the Dragon Boat Festival and enjoy the festiveatmosphere。
今日是端午節(jié)，我們一家人五點就起床，按照習(xí)俗上山去趟露水。一路上我用雙手捧起晶瑩的露珠往眼睛上抹，一時光我覺得眼睛好像亮了好多。直到坐在教室讀書時還覺得眼睛異常亮，什么字都能看清楚。
