To ensure products quality, the clear responsibility of buyer and seller, and the product safety, we make the following promise:
First, by principle the products are manufactured by the customer’s technical spec. The national standard is followed if customer doesn’t clearly mention it. After the customer commits the product sample, we formally offer products, ensure the steady and gradually increasing quality.
Second, the supplier provides the copy of business license with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Third, the supplier provides the copy of the technical spec of the products with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Fourth, the supplier ensures that the products comply with the official quality standard and is responsible for product quality, if necessary provide the necessary quality information, such as the inspection report and other relevant information.
Fifth, the supplier ensures that the packaging and registered trademark of the products match the relevant state regulation.
Sixth, the storage and safekeeping condition is indicated on the product package, to ensure the product quality the buyer has to strictly follow it, or is responsible for the caused quality problem.
Seventh, consumer complains due to the product quality problems, the supplier should actively cooperate to properly resolve it. If it is indeed the responsibility of supplier, the supplier shall bear full responsibility and expense.
Eighth, the treatment of the quality dispute:
The buyer should strictly observe the technical standards shipped with the supplier products for inspection, ensure fair and science testing. The remaining samples fail to pass the examination should be kept for one week.
If it is indeed the quality problem of the supplier products, our company bears the loss caused by the using of the products.
In case of the indeed quality problem of the supplier products, the buyer and seller negotiate to deal with the unused products.
Ninth, the product guarantee since both sides sign a supply contract and delivery occurs, terminates at the same time as the business ends.

為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范我校食品衛(wèi)生安全工作，確保學(xué)生的身體健康和生命安全 ，針對(duì)當(dāng)前小賣(mài)部存在的問(wèn)題，根據(jù)上級(jí)有關(guān)文件精神，嚴(yán)禁學(xué)校小賣(mài)部銷(xiāo)售“三無(wú)”食品，尤其像肋條等這樣的三無(wú)食品。
一、學(xué)校小賣(mài)部銷(xiāo)售的商品在食品采購(gòu)過(guò)程中必須向供貨單位索取生產(chǎn)許可證(食品流通許可證)、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告和正規(guī)票據(jù)(批發(fā)單位的“一票通”)，食品、飲料應(yīng)符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。要建立進(jìn)貨臺(tái)帳，如實(shí)記錄食品的名稱、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、生產(chǎn)批號(hào)、保質(zhì)期、供貨者(購(gòu)貨者)名稱及聯(lián)系方式和進(jìn)貨(銷(xiāo)售)日期等內(nèi)容，或者保留載有相關(guān)信息的進(jìn)貨(銷(xiāo)售)票據(jù)。記錄臺(tái)帳、票據(jù)的保存期限不得少于一年。定期向?qū)W校報(bào)告食品安全情況，接受學(xué)校監(jiān)督，質(zhì)量有保證，責(zé)任可追究。
二、學(xué)校小賣(mài)部經(jīng)營(yíng)的食品必須分類、分架、隔墻、離地存放，定期檢查，及時(shí)處理變質(zhì)或過(guò)期的食品，并做好待銷(xiāo)食品檢查記錄，銷(xiāo)毀記錄，對(duì)銷(xiāo)毀的食品予以拍照留存。不得銷(xiāo)售《食品安全法》、《安徽省實(shí)施(食品安全法)辦法》規(guī)定嚴(yán)禁銷(xiāo)售的食品，特別是要關(guān)注不得銷(xiāo)售以下食品：
1.超保質(zhì)期的食品和飲料。
2.無(wú)生產(chǎn)日期、無(wú)廠名廠址、無(wú)保質(zhì)期的“三無(wú)食品”。
3.無(wú)“QS”標(biāo)識(shí)的各類食品。
4.無(wú)證無(wú)照食品加工場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的散裝食品。
三、為確保各中小學(xué)師生的人身健康和生命安全，學(xué)校或工商部門(mén)發(fā)現(xiàn)有經(jīng)營(yíng)腐爛變質(zhì)、過(guò)期食品，三無(wú)產(chǎn)品，假冒偽劣商品，以及其他涉及食品安全的依法予以處罰;情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，依法移交司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任。

尊敬的各位家長(zhǎng)、各位同學(xué)：
做好食品安全監(jiān)管工作是我們學(xué)校和家長(zhǎng)們義不容辭的責(zé)任，是時(shí)代賦予的神圣職責(zé)。食品安全監(jiān)管工作的其中一個(gè)組成部分，就是校園周邊的以學(xué)生為消費(fèi)主體的食品消費(fèi)安全。在我校校園周邊食品安全存在三個(gè)重要隱患：一是校園周邊的流動(dòng)食品攤販;二是校園周邊固定鋪面銷(xiāo)售的不合格商品，包括食品、玩具、文具、刮刮彩等;三是學(xué)生或家長(zhǎng)駐留買(mǎi)東西，造成交通擁堵，存在極大的安全隱患。 為保障廣大學(xué)生食品消費(fèi)安全，防范食品安全事件的發(fā)生，今年全省食品安全整治百日行動(dòng)特別對(duì)學(xué)校周邊流動(dòng)攤販經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)期、變質(zhì)、“三無(wú)”等偽劣食品等違法行為進(jìn)行嚴(yán)厲打擊，成效是顯著的。“三無(wú)食品”一般是指無(wú)生產(chǎn)日期、無(wú)質(zhì)量合格證(或生產(chǎn)許可證)以及無(wú)生產(chǎn)廠名的食品。食用了這一類食品，吃過(guò)后輕則腹痛，重則嘔吐、腹瀉、以至食物中毒。這是多么可怕!但在校園周邊，一些針對(duì)中小學(xué)生為主要銷(xiāo)售對(duì)象的流動(dòng)攤販仍屢禁不止，所售食品達(dá)不到基本衛(wèi)生要求，給廣大學(xué)生的身體健康帶來(lái)了極大隱患，成為老師和家長(zhǎng)們的一塊心病。 根據(jù)上級(jí)的要求，針對(duì)我校周邊存在的流動(dòng)食品、餐飲攤販突出問(wèn)題，將集中力量開(kāi)展整治，打擊違法經(jīng)營(yíng)行為，為青少年的健康成長(zhǎng)營(yíng)造良好的食品安全環(huán)境。但流動(dòng)商販的游擊戰(zhàn)，使工商部門(mén)和城管執(zhí)法部門(mén)陷入了“執(zhí)法部門(mén)一來(lái)流動(dòng)攤販就跑，一走又回來(lái)”的尷尬境地。長(zhǎng)期的校園周邊環(huán)境整治工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)告訴我們，僅僅憑借行政職能部門(mén)的力量是不夠的，還需要社會(huì)力量的支持，特別是學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)們的大力支持，以及學(xué)生們的自覺(jué)遵守。 為此，我校向廣大家長(zhǎng)們和同學(xué)們提出如下倡議：
(l)大家從我做起，不購(gòu)買(mǎi)不健康食品、不合格食品。
(2)一起學(xué)習(xí)食品安全如識(shí)，加強(qiáng)宣傳，教育引導(dǎo)學(xué)生拒絕購(gòu)買(mǎi)流動(dòng)攤販的食品，到合法經(jīng)營(yíng)的固定鋪面購(gòu)買(mǎi)食品。
(3)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督，發(fā)現(xiàn)流動(dòng)攤販及時(shí)向?qū)W�；蛘吖ど�、城管舉報(bào)。相互監(jiān)督，對(duì)購(gòu)買(mǎi)流動(dòng)攤販?zhǔn)称返膶W(xué)生批評(píng)教育并通報(bào)家長(zhǎng)。
(4)家長(zhǎng)們以身作則，言傳身教，做一名不購(gòu)買(mǎi)路邊攤不衛(wèi)生食品的模范家長(zhǎng)，為孩子樹(shù)立一個(gè)好榜樣。
為了學(xué)生的食品安全，為了學(xué)生的茁壯成長(zhǎng)，為了讓老師、家長(zhǎng)們少操一份心，為了避免食物中毒等事件發(fā)生在我們的學(xué)生、我們的孩子身上，請(qǐng)讓我們齊心協(xié)力，齊抓共管，共同維護(hù)學(xué)校周邊健康、安全的食品消費(fèi)環(huán)境。

“三無(wú)產(chǎn)品”一般是指無(wú)生產(chǎn)日期、無(wú)質(zhì)量合格證以及無(wú)生產(chǎn)廠家、來(lái)路不明的產(chǎn)品�！吨腥A人民共和國(guó)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量法》規(guī)定必須有中文廠名、中文廠址、電話、許可證號(hào)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)志、生產(chǎn)日期、中文產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)、如有必要時(shí)還需要有限定性或提示性說(shuō)明等等，凡是缺少的均視為不合格產(chǎn)品。上述要求缺少其中之一，均可視為“三無(wú)產(chǎn)品”。
而民以食為天， “三無(wú)”食品在食品質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生方面都存在嚴(yán)重的安全隱患，吃“三無(wú)”食品輕則引發(fā)腸炎等疾病，不利于身體生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育，重則引發(fā)集體中毒乃至死亡案件。例如：
1. 不合格的膨化食品、腌制和油炸食品衛(wèi)生指標(biāo)中的菌落數(shù)、大腸菌群、過(guò)氧化值指標(biāo)超標(biāo)，還能產(chǎn)生亞硝胺、鉛等致癌物質(zhì)，食用會(huì)導(dǎo)致胃腸不適、腹瀉并損害肝臟。
2. 果凍、糖精、飲料、巧克力、方便面、罐頭和泡泡糖等兒童不宜多吃，在這類小食品中大多加入了防腐劑、色素、甜味劑等添加劑，食用過(guò)量會(huì)對(duì)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)造成危害。
3. 不合格果脯、蜜餞中甜蜜素超標(biāo)，不合格烤魚(yú)片、牛肉干等食品中大腸菌群和菌落總數(shù)超標(biāo)。
4. 防腐劑含有大量亞硝酸銀，過(guò)量攝入亞硝酸銀會(huì)導(dǎo)致肝臟受損，嚴(yán)重的導(dǎo)致肝功能衰竭。腎臟過(guò)濾血液中的廢物，攝入過(guò)量有害物會(huì)嚴(yán)重?fù)p害腎功能。有些食品添加劑含有生長(zhǎng)激素，少量攝入會(huì)導(dǎo)致兒童發(fā)育不正常，出現(xiàn)“肢端肥大癥”、“肥胖癥”、“巨人癥”等;過(guò)量攝入會(huì)抑制兒童生長(zhǎng)，使兒童停止發(fā)育出現(xiàn)“侏儒癥”。所以說(shuō)“三無(wú)食品”危害極大，尤其是對(duì)學(xué)生。
為了珍惜生命、關(guān)愛(ài)健康，必須從我做起、從現(xiàn)在做起，積極拒絕抵制“三無(wú)”食品。作為。。學(xué)校的一名學(xué)生，我們保證如下：
1、養(yǎng)成少買(mǎi)零食、少吃零食的好習(xí)慣。
